HSKSAAP Executive Body — 2025
The HSKSAAP Executive Body consists of 20 members — 10 representatives from Corporate Class and 10 from Associate Class — ensuring equal representation of both large-scale manufacturers and small-scale craftsmen in the governance of the association.
Positions Subject to Election
The following positions in HSKSAAP are subject to formal election by eligible voting members. Elections are held periodically as announced by the Executive Body.
The Chairman is the highest elected office in HSKSAAP and serves as the public face and leader of the association, representing all members at national and international level
✓ Currently Filled — Founding TermThe Senior Vice Chairman assists the Chairman in all official duties and assumes the responsibilities of the Chairman in their absence
✓ Currently Filled — Founding TermThe Vice Chairman supports the Chairman and Senior Vice Chairman and takes on specific operational and liaison responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Body
✓ Currently Filled — Founding TermTen elected representatives from Corporate Class members who form the Corporate Class bloc of the Executive Body and represent large-scale manufacturers and exporters
✓ Currently Filled — Founding TermTen elected representatives from Associate Class members who form the Associate Class bloc of the Executive Body and represent small-scale manufacturers and craftsmen
✓ Currently Filled — Founding TermThe Secretary General is a permanent administrative position — not subject to election. The Secretary General may only be changed upon approval of the Executive Body by majority vote
Permanent — Not ElectedA member must hold 3 consecutive annual HSKSAAP membership certificates — without any gap in annual renewal — to be eligible to vote in any HSKSAAP election
If a member misses renewal for even 1 year, their consecutive certificate count resets to zero. They must complete 3 new consecutive years before regaining voting eligibility
Once a member becomes eligible to vote, they retain voting rights as long as they continue renewing their membership annually without any gap in subsequent years
Members will be notified via WhatsApp, email, and official HSKSAAP announcements when the election schedule is confirmed.
HSKSAAP Election Rules & Process
Voter Eligibility
Only active HSKSAAP members holding 3 consecutive annual membership certificates without any gap in renewal are eligible to vote. One vote per registered member company.
Candidate Eligibility
Any member eligible to vote may stand as a candidate for election. Candidates must be active members in good standing and must submit a formal nomination before the announced nomination deadline.
Equal Class Representation
The Executive Body must always maintain equal representation — 10 seats from Corporate Class and 10 seats from Associate Class. Corporate Class members vote for Corporate seats; Associate Class members vote for Associate seats.
Election Announcement
All elections are announced by the Executive Body with a minimum notice period. The announcement includes nomination dates, election date, eligible voter list, and candidate submission deadline. All active members are notified directly.
Voting Process
Voting takes place at the HSKSAAP office or at a designated venue announced in advance. Each eligible member must present their valid HSKSAAP membership card to cast their vote. Results are announced on election day.
Secretary General — Permanent Position
The Secretary General is a permanent administrative position and is not subject to election. Any change to the Secretary General requires a formal resolution approved by a majority vote of the full Executive Body.
