Understanding Voting Rights
HSKSAAP believes in democratic governance. Voting rights in HSKSAAP elections are granted to members who demonstrate a consistent and committed membership record. To be eligible to vote in any HSKSAAP election, a member must hold 3 consecutive annual membership certificates without any gap in renewal.
How to Apply
Applying for HSKSAAP membership is a simple and straightforward process. Follow these 4 steps to complete your membership registration:

Membership Renewal
HSKSAAP membership is renewed on an annual basis. Members must renew their membership each year to continue enjoying all HSKSAAP member benefits and services. Timely renewal is also essential for maintaining voting eligibility — any gap in renewal resets the consecutive certificate count required for voting rights.
Membership renewal is due annually on the anniversary date of your original registration. HSKSAAP will notify members in advance of their renewal date. Members are encouraged to renew before the expiry date to avoid any gap in membership status and to protect their voting eligibility.
Annual renewal fees are the same as the annual membership fee: PKR 3,500 for Corporate Class and PKR 2,500 for Associate Class. The one-time registration fee is not charged again at renewal. Membership card replacement (if lost or damaged) incurs an additional PKR 500 card fee.
Upon successful renewal, members receive a new annual membership certificate for the renewed year. This certificate is your official proof of active membership and counts toward your consecutive certificate total for voting eligibility. All member benefits and services continue uninterrupted.
If a member fails to renew within the renewal period, their membership lapses. A lapsed member may rejoin by submitting a fresh application and paying the full registration fee again. Their consecutive certificate count will reset to 1 from the new registration year — requiring 3 more consecutive years before regaining voting eligibility.
