Blacklisted Companies

In order to maintain the integrity, credibility, and professionalism of the Hunting & Sporting Knives, Swords and Accessories Association of Pakistan (HSKAAP), a transparent mechanism has been established to identify and address cases of non-compliance, misconduct, or violation of the Association’s code of conduct.

The Blacklisted Companies List serves as a formal record of firms or entities that have been disqualified from membership or barred from participating in Association activities due to unethical practices, breach of trust, or actions that undermine the collective interests of our industry.

Grounds for Blacklisting

Companies may be blacklisted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Non-compliance with Association’s Memorandum and Articles of Association.

  • Fraudulent or deceptive business practices.

  • Persistent failure to fulfill financial obligations or commitments.

  • Activities that damage the reputation of the Association or the industry.

  • Legal or regulatory violations affecting trade or exports.

Procedure

  • Cases are reviewed by the Executive Body following due process and fair opportunity for explanation.

  • Upon confirmation, the decision is recorded and the company’s name is placed on the Blacklisted Companies List.

  • Appeals, if any, may be submitted to the Executive Body for reconsideration.

Publication

The list of blacklisted companies will be updated periodically and made available to members, stakeholders, and relevant authorities. This ensures accountability and safeguards the credibility of the hunting and sporting cutlery industry in Pakistan.
